Terry Palmer
Terry, Project Manager, managed the Marriott Courtyard and Marriott Towne
Place Suites in St. George, Utah. Each of these projects began as a
standard contract, but emerged as design-build. As Owners discovered
Terry’s expertise in Value Engineering, they allowed him to direct changes
which provided for construction and cost efficiencies. Terry’s letters of
reference from Owners and Marriott Corporate Management confirm that Owner
satisfaction is high!
Terry holds a BS in Accounting from BYU and is a career contractor. He
pays strong attention to design and detail. Mr. Palmer is a talented
manager. His accounting background provides strength in estimating,
establishing accurate, value engineering, and detailed budgets, job
costing and cost controls throughout each of his projects.
Terry brings a personal commitment to every project he manages. He builds
projects of longevity and durability. Terry has 32 years of significant
construction experience to handle any project with excellence.

Spencer L. Jones
Spencer, President, earned a BS in Construction Management from UVU (Magna
Cum Laude). He has spent his entire career in the construction fields.
Spencer has mastered the skills of Estimating and Accounting, at times
processing over $10 million/week in project bidding and estimating.
Spencer served as an Adjunct Professor for the Estimating and Bidding
Class at Southern Utah University.
Spencer is very hands-on; he has a great knowledge of the construction
trades. He has also developed expertise in Contract, Land Use and Water
Law.
